HOUSE RULES

The operation of KRONOSZGym is managed by SYNTAX-ENCODE Kft. (Company Reg.: 19-09-517832; premises: 8105 Pétfürdő, Berhidai út 91/b.). The purpose of the House Rules is to determine the basic rules necessary for the safe, intended operation of the Training Center, the preservation of its condition, and thereby its high-quality operation. Furthermore, to prescribe the behavioral expectations that serve the undisturbed sports activities and recreation of all guests.

The provisions contained in the House Rules of KRONOSZGym are mandatory for all guests staying on the premises of the club and using its services. Using the services also implies the simultaneous acceptance of the House Rules. These House Rules of KRONOSZGym are freely available and easily transparent for all guests using the services at the KRONOSZGym reception.

General Rules

• Entry to the sports areas of KRONOSZGym is only possible with a valid daily ticket, pass, or a free promotional daily ticket. The fees for sports services must be paid in advance upon entry.
• Passes are non-transferable. Upon expiration of passes, any remaining occasions and money cannot be carried over to the next pass.
• Free promotional daily tickets entitle the holder to use the services indicated on them once.
• The operator reserves the right to decide, without giving reasons, who may and may not use the services of KRONOSZGym.
• Every guest of KRONOSZGym is obliged to fill out an Entry Declaration at the reception upon their first visit, which they verify with a personal photo ID. The first entry also includes photographic registration. By doing so, they accept the contents of the KRONOSZGym House Rules and acknowledge that its observance is checked by the staff of the institution.
• KRONOSZGym keeps computer data records (personal data, photo) of guests using its services. The operator is entitled to completely or partially refuse relevant services to a guest who refuses to provide required data or to have a photo taken. The operator only uses the guests' data for its own registry; it will under no circumstances issue them to a third party, and if a Guest becomes inactive, the System removes them from the registry.
• The premises and equipment of KRONOSZGym can only be used according to their intended purpose and at one's own risk. The operator accepts no liability for either material or other damages during use.
• Any accidents or injuries occurring on the premises of KRONOSZGym must be reported immediately to the reception or the personal trainers. The staff is obliged to draw up a protocol about this.
• The operator of KRONOSZGym accepts no liability for injuries to persons or damage to material values, provided that these arise from non-compliance with the House Rules or irresponsible behavior on the part of guests. The operator of KRONOSZGym accepts no liability for lost or stolen items and equipment. Safety deposit boxes are available to guests free of charge. Found items must be handed in at the KRONOSZGym reception by every guest.
• A user of KRONOSZGym may not violate currently valid legal regulations. A user of KRONOSZGym may not violate the rules contained in these House Rules, which they automatically accept by purchasing tickets or passes.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness is a mandatory requirement for all guests on the club's premises; respecting other guests and cultured behavior is an essential expectation. The sports areas may only be entered in suitable sports attire appropriate for the sports activity performed in the given room. Drinks may only be brought into the sports areas in sealable plastic bottles; bringing in any other drinks or containers is strictly prohibited.
• When using sports services, please avoid using mobile phones to ensure the safe continuation of sports activities and the undisturbed recreation of other guests!
• For changing clothes, the operator provides guests using the club's services with a locker in the gender-separated changing rooms, as well as the free services validly determined by the operator (sauna use, etc.).
• Every guest is obliged to hand in the key to the locker at the reception undamaged upon departure. Every guest deposits a guarantee for the issued key and bears financial responsibility for it. If lost (unable to hand it in upon departure), they owe a compensation of HUF 5,000.
• Guests are obliged to return equipment given to them upon entry (heart rate monitors, sports equipment, etc.) completely to the reception upon departure. Guests bear financial responsibility towards the operator for equipment handed over to them upon entry.

It is prohibited on the premises of the Training Center to:

• Smoke and consume alcohol.
• Carry out activities falling outside the service activities of KRONOSZGym, breaking acts of law or offending public morals.
• Perform any disturbing activities that involve loud noises, smells, or other environmental harm to others.
• Consume drugs, banned doping substances, narcotics, or abuse them, as well as bring in any dangerous substances or objects, alcoholic beverages of any kind, or animals.
• Conduct commercial activities, advertising, propaganda, placing flyers, illegal gambling, or play music without the permission of the operator.
• Use audio and video recording equipment.
• Conduct political activities.

The operator of KRONOSZGym reserves the right to hold non-public events on the whole or partial premises of the club by excluding the general clientele.

The operator of KRONOSZGym reserves the right to change schedules, class types, and its prices.

Across the whole territory of KRONOSZGym, only appropriately qualified instructors and trainers registered with the club's professional leader are entitled to carry out sports professional activities, teaching, and training sessions.

Opening Hours

KRONOSZGym and its other services can only be used during the opening hours of the club.

Due to the closing time, guests using KRONOSZGym's services are obliged to leave the club no later than the time of closure.

Use of Changing Room

• The operator accepts absolutely no liability for items left in the changing rooms and lockers; guests can store their valuables in the reception's safe deposit boxes free of charge.
• It is forbidden to leave garbage in the lockers after leaving.

Use of Sauna

The saunas may only be used according to the posted general sauna rules and at one's own risk. For hygiene reasons, saunas can only be used in proper attire and with a towel. Essential oils can only be used moderately with respect for others, and only if those inside consent. It is forbidden to step onto the sauna benches in slippers. It is strictly forbidden to bring unneeded objects into the saunas.

Use of Fitness Room

• Children under the age of 14 may stay on the gym floor only with parental supervision or a signed liability waiver from the reception, strictly in our designated area. They may not use the gym's weight and cardio section, not even with a waiver.
• Entry and training in the Gym are only allowed in appropriate sportswear (sports shoes, tank top, t-shirt, top, track pants). Training in slippers, sandals, or barefoot is not permitted. The use of all kinds of street shoes is forbidden.
• Floor trainers, personal trainers, and leaders working in the area of KRONOSZGym have the right to call guests' attention to using proper sportswear.
• Fitness machines and equipment must be used strictly for their intended purposes, suitably for each individual's build and fitness level, and at their own risk. For hygiene reasons, you may only sit and lie down on machines and equipment by laying down a towel.
• After using machines and equipment, every user is obliged to return the machines to their base position and put the equipment back into their regular storage spots.
• Gym trainers assist and check the proper usage of the equipment.
• Hand dumbbells must be put back to their places after use. Dropping dumbbells to the floor is strictly prohibited.

Use of Aerobics / Functional Room

• Before the start of classes, the guest is obligated to hand over the class ticket to the trainer.
• Entry and training in the aerobics room are only allowed in suitable sportswear (sports shoes, tank tops, t-shirts, tops, sports pants).
• The Functional room can only be used with a gym daily ticket/pass if no group class is taking place (you can check booked times in the KRONOSZGym timetable).
• Training in slippers, sandals, or barefoot is not permitted. The use of all kinds of street shoes is forbidden.
• Aerobics instructors and managers working on the KRONOSZGym premises have the right to request guests to wear appropriate sportswear properly.

Personal Data Management, Privacy Rules

The operator, SYNTAX-ENCODE Kft., maintains a data registry about guests using sports services at KRONOSZGym—as contained within these House Rules.

The operator is entitled to decline services to guests deflecting or refusing the communication of necessary data entirely or in part. The operator exclusively uses guests' data for its own records and cannot pass them over to third parties.

Purpose of the Regulation

The goal of the Privacy Policy is to uniformly, comprehensibly, and transparently regulate the business procedure perfectly compliant with current Hungarian laws applied during KRONOSZGym's operations. KRONOSZGym considers abiding by privacy laws extremely important; therefore, it established this current Policy to provide users with information regarding main rules connected to data processing: the scope of managed data, the method, purpose, and other issues connected to data processing.

The aim of this regulation is to ensure that KRONOSZGym complies with the privacy laws currently in effect, especially regarding Hungarian Info TV. and GDPR.

Data Management Authorization and Duration

• Purpose of Data Processing: During visits to KRONOSZGym, SYNTAX-ENCODE Kft. records visitor data to perform its services, control functioning, and stop abuse.
• Legal Ground: Consent of the affected individual.
• Scope of Processed Data: Personal data present on the entry declaration, specifically: name, address, contact info.
• Duration of Data Logging: 1 month following the last visit to KRONOSZGym.

Data Alteration and Withdrawal

The user holds the right to modify their supplied data, cancel registration, and request the destruction of processed information in writing anytime after registration. The withdrawal entails the legal consequence that without a new registration, the user may not use KRONOSZGym's services or enter its service zones.

Data Protection and Security

The Data Controller takes all expected technical and organizational actions to protect users' data. Considering current technical standards, the data controller ensures processing security.

Remedies

The individual affected may inquire about their personal data handled, or ask for correction—or, apart from mandated handling—the deletion or blocking of their items.

A complaint can be filed to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (https://naih.hu/).

Final Provisions

If breaking the lines contained in this House Rules document or violating generic behavioral norms is observed, the operator can issue a warning to the rulebreaker; if unsuccessful, the operator reserves the right to ask them to leave or banish them from membership—temporarily or permanently.

In cases exceeding the rights to act of the operator, they hold the right to seek assistance from the Police or other authoritative bodies. The banished rulebreaker guest can establish no demands toward the operator whatsoever.

The operator may modify or append these House Rules at its own discretion.
